Coffee Oysters Champagne (COC)

(COC) officially opened its doors. The brainchild of two friends, tech entrepreneur Sanjay Singhal and Steven Daicos, investor and restaurant developer, opened COC as a venue serving single-farm sustainable specialty coffee while also elevating their offerings with the largest selection of dressed oysters and largest champagne menu in the city. Its design features playfully pink details and luxurious champagne walls in a bright and airy bar perfect for an afternoon meeting or night out.

Navigate Designs, creatives behind Toronto’s Mira, assisted with the design and branding. The space evokes a richness detailed in rose onyx walls, marble and gold tables, and plump velvet banquette booths. COC was purposefully designed to create a unique consumer journey and tell a story of glitz and glamour balanced with illusion and opulence.
